I bring over 16 years of hospitality industry experience in Australia, having worked since 2010 in a range of leadership and executive culinary positions. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with respected hospitality organisations including Australian Venue Co., Blackbird Restaurant, and Salt & Pepper Grill, where I served as an Executive Chef. These experiences have provided me with extensive knowledge of commercial kitchen operations, food safety, leadership, team development, and the standards expected by Australia’s hospitality industry.
The vision behind Superior Technical College is to bridge the gap between vocational education and industry by providing practical, workplace-focused training that prepares students for successful careers. Our curriculum has been developed with industry expectations in mind, and we work closely with hospitality businesses to ensure our graduates are equipped with the skills employers value.
